The maintenance staff were kind and accommodating, and I think they deserve a bonus. I liked having trees around, but there was no food inside, not even coffee. The rooms are simple, which is fine, though I found the lack of soap and an inside lock concerning for guests’ health and safety. When I asked for soap, I was told it wasn’t included in my package. It seems odd not to provide even a small bar that costs just 5 peso. Still, I’d recommend it to people looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

The price was great, though I was surprised by the P1000 deposit. I wish it had been mentioned before we booked online for two nights. We’re going to come back, and I’ve been here often because it’s so good. It beats expensive places we’ve stayed at that gave us a worse experience. Thank you for a 5-star stay. A higher rate wouldn’t bother customers if the expected needs were met. The room was spacious, with a large bed, good air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a latest Smart TV with Youtube Premium and Netflix Premium. There was a huge closet, lots of cabinet space by the sink, and a big shoe cabinet. Water pressure was great at the sink, bathroom faucet, shower, bidet, and toilet, and the shower heater was fantastic. There were enough windows for fresh air and natural light. The door had a double lock. Lots of stores nearby made it easy to get food and other things, and there was a good restaurant and coffee shop right beside the hotel. A few things could be improved. There was no trash bin in the room when we checked in, so we reused paper and plastic bags for our rubbish. The water heater in our room was full of grime and couldn’t be fixed by washing it off. We didn’t need it for coffee, since there’s a coffee shop nearby. There was no smoke alarm, and one would help keep guests safe in case of fire. Cups, a pitcher, and drinking glasses in the room would be appreciated, especially by couples. We also expected bath soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, but none were provided.

The parking area is spacious, and the location is good. Staff were accommodating and explained things clearly when I asked questions, especially during walk-in check-in. The room was fairly good, but don’t expect much: it’s a plain, empty white space with a TV, chairs, a table, towels, and maybe a speaker. I hope they add toiletries like shampoo and soap. There’s an electric kettle near the sink, but you have to fix it before it works.

The service was great. They let us borrow plates, glasses, utensils, and even a cellphone charger for free. I also liked that the sleeping room is separate from the dining area, washroom, and kitchen. There’s a lot of space for the rate. Highly recommendable!
