It feels like staying in someone’s home, shared with travelers who just need a good rest. The rooms are clean, the water is adequate, and it’s quiet. The staff greet you with a smile, help you find parking, and even offer an umbrella when it’s raining. If you’re after five-star treatment, you should pick somewhere more expensive instead of leaving a bad rating here 😉. For a budget-friendly stay, this place is perfect. ☺️

We stayed here for work and had a good time 😊. The staff and owner were friendly and accommodating, and it’s easy to get around from here. Malls, hospitals, banks, and restaurants are within walking distance, and public transport is readily available. Traffic can be heavy, so walking may be quicker. There are also carenderias and fast food places nearby, though they’re closed on Sundays and some holidays. My room was clean and had an AC, a fan, a bedside lamp, a cabinet with two hangers, and a table or shelf for belongings. There was enough space, and the bathroom was well maintained with a hot and cold shower and a bidet. Soap, a bath towel, and a roll of tissue were provided. My colleagues had a big mirror in their room, but mine didn’t 😁😅. Breakfast was included for one person, with no choice of meal since it depends on that morning’s menu. You can order from their list for at least 200Php. I took one star off because there’s no dedicated guest parking. We parked on the street beside the gate, near what felt like a dead end, so parking can be tricky. Only checked-in guests are usually allowed in the room. We had hired an HMUA to get us ready for our party, so we asked the owner-manager for permission. She let us in and charged 200Php for the electricity used by the appliances and lights.

It had a quiet, home-like feel in the mornings, with birds chirping and the occasional footsteps outside. I stayed for two nights. The room was clean, with a working aircon, a fan, a TV, and my favorite, a bedside lamp. There’s Wi-Fi, too. The bathroom has a heated shower and bidet, and they provided a towel and two soaps.

I stayed one night with my family in a room for three. It was clean, though the shower and toilet were shared. The atmosphere is nice, away from the cars, and malls are within walking distance. I’d recommend it if you want to stay somewhere a bit farther out and quieter in CDO. 💕

It’s quiet, the staff are friendly, and you can walk to lots of businesses from this budget-friendly place.
