This is a low-key, budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Cagayan de Oro, and the service was good overall. The staff were accommodating, and I appreciated that they offered to arrange a shuttle from the hotel to Laguindingan Airport. The front desk was busy, though, so I ended up calling the shuttle service myself. You can book a room with breakfast included, and there's a restaurant by the entrance with inexpensive meals. Chicken lovers can get fried chicken neck for just P10.00, or USD0.2, per piece. The WiFi in my room was so slow that I went down to the lobby for a fast, reliable connection.

For 850 pesos, the room was a good deal. It was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and the hotel is near the malls. I'd recommend it and would probably come back.

There isn't WiFi on the third floor, but the phone signal inside the building is great. The hotel is in central Cagayan de Oro, with a large room and working amenities, including cable TV, a phone, and hot and cold showers. The staff were great. A church, Ayala Centrio Mall, Gaisano Mall, and convenience stores such as 7/11 are all within walking distance. I'd definitely come back if I have an engagement in CdeO.

Chananthon Bed and Breakfast is handy for the major shopping centres in Cagayan de Oro City, right beside the Gaisano Mall parking area. Rooms average US Dollars 14-20, with breakfast included and delivered to your room between 7am and 9am. The aircon was so noisy, though, that I couldn't get proper sleep.

The rooms are good, and the place is close to a shopping mall and convenience stores. There are lots of mosquitoes, so be prepared. WiFi only works in reception. Apart from that, it would be a nice stay.
