The water was dirty, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The pillows had black spots, though I couldn’t tell if they were bed bugs or mold. There were no toiletries either.

The posted photos looked nothing like the room. The bathroom’s hot and cold shower didn’t work and had no shower head. There were two beds, but the smaller one was directly under the air conditioner, which leaked onto it all night. Worst of all, bedbugs bit me. Disgusting. I was meant to stay three nights, but after waking up covered in bites, I went to the front desk. A young man was sleeping on the floor in front of the desk. He said he’d tell the woman and that we’d have to come back at 8am to speak with her. We did, and she called the manager. The manager told her I must have brought the bugs from somewhere else. That isn’t true. I got them from your nasty hotel room. The bathroom sink leaked too. This is a horrible place to stay and should be shut down. If I could give it zero, I would. Stay away.

The room smelled bad and was really dirty when I stayed for one night on a school trip. I couldn’t use the shower, and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak. I hope they improve things, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We spent two nights here with friends on vacation, and it was the worst Red Doorz we’ve stayed in. The water was dirty or yellowish, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, which seems like an easy fix. On our last day there was no water at all, so my friends couldn’t shower before checkout. The air conditioning didn’t work, and we had to change rooms close to midnight. I’ve seen other guests flag these same problems before, but they apparently still haven’t been addressed. Unless they fix them soon, I won’t recommend the place. I hope they do something about it.
