For a quick night’s stay, the small room worked well. We chose a family room for four adults, and the price felt fair. The bathrooms were clean and fully tiled, so they’re easy to clean. The lobby is open to the outside, but it was clean and nice to look at, especially the Koi out front. Service was quick, and they actually answered the phone, which surprisingly not many places do. The location is a bit messy, right in the middle of the city, and parking is limited. If you can get past that, it’s a nice place overall.

The service and location were better than the room, which was poor. It’s near the central Cong market in a noisy, crowded area. There are family rooms, as well as tiny 8m² units with little beyond a bed. The bathroom was ridiculous, with a mini toilet and sink where we almost had to kneel. They charged 2php for a glass of hot water and didn’t provide a complimentary bottle of water. The small room was affordable for one night. I didn’t see the family rooms, but they cost 3x more.

The big trees kept our car cool all day, and Ruel at the front desk was especially helpful, going the extra mile for us. Ask him about the local coffee beans in ready-to-brew bags. For the price, it’s hard to beat for a night or two. The rooms are on the small side but clean and decently furnished. The washrooms were clean, brightly lit, and had enough water pressure. Can’t ask for more at this price.

I’ve been a customer for almost 5 years, always with just one guest. The booking admin is patient, and some staff smile when you meet them and pay attention to what you need, though they’re not always at the front desk. But in 2025, they made my guest and me uncomfortable. While I was away, my guest was told there were charges that weren’t in the policy, but when I asked the staff member about it, he denied it. The rooms aren’t soundproof, and there’s a woman who complains about room services behind you. At night, there are so many cockroaches in the parking lot that you have to run.
