Anton's Loft Designer Resort Pansol

The VOCO room stood out, with quality like the hotel rooms in Australia. We came all the way from Sydney and were greeted at the door, then checked in quickly. The amenities were high quality, with videoke, billiards, and a beautiful natural hot spring pool to keep us busy. It’s peaceful here with lovely scenery, and the service was great. We’ll definitely visit again.

We booked through Agoda two months ahead, but the owner’s property turned us away on the day, even though it still appeared open there. They blamed Agoda for overbooking, but I think they failed to close the listing after the date was booked. I’m sure I booked first through the app, and suspect they rented it to someone else without checking Agoda or their other third-party app. They even told us to book through their FB page instead. They said this wasn’t an isolated case and that another customer had gone home without staying the previous Saturday, with Agoda blamed again.

We stayed in their newest room, which has a tub, and loved the big space and work table. The hot spring pool was especially nice in the rain. This is a beautiful resort in Pansol, only 45 min away from the south. Construction was still going on on the second floor, and some cafe menu items weren’t available when we visited, but I’d still highly recommend it.

The hot springs were genuinely hot and clean, and the room was comfortable and clean too. We stayed in one of the two hotel rooms currently on the second floor, room 201 for 2 or room 202 for 4. More rooms are still being built.
