The spring water pool was clean, and the place felt cozy. For a family outing, it's commendable if you don't mind sharing the airspace. I couldn't give it five stars because the partition from the neighboring venue lets you see and hear the karaoke next door.

We brought the family here for Valentine's, and there was plenty of space for ten people. The place looks suited to a group party, though some amenities let it down: the billiards table wasn't level, the karaoke song selection was limited, and the shower was weak.

The pool is pleasant and warm, and the rooms, kitchen, and karaoke area are all excellent. The caretakers are easy to talk to and really nice, and the rates are great value. Depending on your group size, you can rent one side of the duplex or both. Highly recommended.

We went in December, and the chilly air made it a nice atmosphere for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, and the kids enjoyed the pool, billiards, and slide. The pool water could have been warmer for a better experience. Bring your own pillow, blanket, and bath towel.

We'd booked for April but wanted to cancel because of the pandemic. The owner wouldn't refund us, so we gave up on that and stayed in December instead. We needed the extra parking and our receipt clearly listed Unit A, but when we arrived it was already occupied. The caretaker's service was poor, and they asked for many fees and deposits for pets and extra appliances that hadn't been mentioned upfront. It felt like the people running it cared more about money than whether we had a pleasant stay.
