I’d return, provided I got the upgraded room. The one assigned to me was tiny, like a windowless hole, while the upgrade was large and nice, with a microwave, fridge, and comfortable bed. Shopping was excellent nearby, with the usual market and a walkway to the larger local mall. It was very noisy, though, so light sleepers should be warned.

The water and shower weren’t good, and the towel smelled unpleasant.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Street noise came through the old windows all night, and the water heater still didn’t work after staff said it had been fixed. The shower leaked across the bathroom floor, and the bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve used. The door barely cleared the sink.

The location was the only thing I liked. I should have checked the reviews before booking, because complaints from months earlier seemed unchanged: no hot water, a faucet that didn’t work, and WiFi I paid P100 for that failed most of the time. It seemed like they were just connecting guests to a mobile hotspot. The stay might have been acceptable at P700-800, or under P1000, but not at the price I paid. The staff were pleasant, though they could only take complaints and couldn’t fix the facility problems.
