We had a pleasant stay, and the general feel of the place was nice. A lingering smell in the room was a bit off, though, and the old cooking tools had visible stains. It was also hard to find a room attendant when we needed help. We enjoyed our time, but better kitchen equipment and staff who were easier to reach would have made the stay five stars.

My husband and I needed somewhere for a last-minute staycation while we were in the area, and this was the closest option that fit our budget. The place was easy to find, decent, and quiet, with Bible-themed room names that gave it a retreat house feel. The pool was great, and parking was available, though cars sometimes had to be moved so someone else could get out. The shared bathroom felt cramped: it was awkward when someone needed to shower while another person was still in there. Our room was tight, the air conditioning was weak, and there was no TV or WiFi. The bed was a little hard, the pillows and blankets were thin, and they gave us just one blanket for two people. There were no free toiletries, towels, or rugs, and we hadn't brought towels because the stay was so last-minute. For me, the room was 5/10, the pool 10/10, parking 8/10, and the bathroom 5/10. Overall, I'd give it 5/10.

We got there around 1:30pm, and kuya Nelson had already helped us to our room, so the kids had plenty of time to swim. Our room was spotless, especially the bathroom, and the restroom by the pool had just been renovated. Keep in mind, people may sing until midnight since this isn't a “private resort”.

I planned to stay one night but added a second because the place was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Alvin was especially kind and helped us enjoy the decorative lighting around the pool even at 11pm. The room's AC worked well, the gates are locked after hours, and having pool access all night was great. I really enjoyed swimming alone in the middle of the night. There are two clean pools with clear, warm water. The smaller one is indoors; the larger outdoor pool has a slide and is sometimes reserved for groups. The staff let us use it after a reserved party had finished. There's karaoke near that pool, plus a rooftop area for relaxing. By the small pool, the shower and toilet were very clean. The larger pool has an open rinse shower with no door. None of the showers have hot water, but the spring-fed water is naturally warm. The room I used was small, with a shared restroom area and separate men's and women's rooms. If someone locks one to shower, the other guests are stuck waiting. Some showers don't work, so the shared bathrooms could use repairs. There are also rooms with private bathrooms and larger family rooms, but I can't say what those are like since I didn't stay in them. The billiards table is in the main lobby, though its cues and balls are in terrible shape. One ball barely even looks like a ball. If you're just playing casually, that might not matter. Parking fits about four cars, maybe more if they're small, but cars can be double parked, so you may need to wait or move yours to let someone out. All in all, it's a very nice place with a lovely atmosphere.
