La Vista Pansol Resort Complex By Reddoorz

The staff left us with a lasting bad impression. They were rude and unhelpful from check-in, brushed off our questions, and acted bothered when we asked for help at the front desk. My sister left her lip gloss by the pool, then saw a staff member using it when she asked about it. That felt disrespectful and dishonest, and crossed a line with her personal belongings. The room and facilities were enjoyable: it was spacious and well kept, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the pool. The pool and restaurant on site were great for relaxing. I hope the hotel deals with the staff behavior so guests are treated respectfully and honestly.

The people are friendly, the rooms are clean, the showers have hot water, and the AC is cold. I usually stay for a month at a time. It’s better than Antonio's in everything except the rooms, and still worth what it costs.

The staff were really patient and accommodating 😊. For the price, the facilities and service are a 10/10. I booked a room for two, but the amenities felt like a 3-star hotel, at a fraction of the cost, and using the pool was included. Just wow. This has become my second home in Calbayog ❤️

There’s a cafe where guests can order food, though breakfast isn’t part of the room rate. The accommodations are affordable for travelers watching their budget, and they take credit cards.
