The room had plenty of space, though the carpets looked worn and there were dents. I also couldn't find the bathtub advertised for the double deluxe room, and the pool was closed for renovation. Still, I thought the 3k-plus cost for a night with my family was worth it because of the good buffet breakfast. The location worked really well too, with a supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy nearby.

The team was quick to handle any requests, and everyone was friendly from check-in through check-out. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location was close to everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay at Cebu Grand Hotel and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Getting around was easy, with the highway nearby and department stores and fast food chains in the area. The food was amazing, and the room was spotless. Even the guards were helpful, arranging a cab and escorting us all the way out. Thanks so much, CGH, see you next time!!

Room 418 smelled bad and really needs updating. The air conditioner was so loud that sleeping was impossible. Whenever I showered, water flooded the floor. The staff knew about the problem but didn't do anything, so I had to ask for extra floor towels to deal with it temporarily.

We had enough parking, which was useful for participants coming from different parts of the city, and the hotel's location was easy to reach. At the seminar, the staff were courteous and efficient, with coffee and snacks arriving on time and a tasty lunch buffet with a good range of dishes. The function room was spacious and well lit, the audio-visual setup worked reliably, and the air-conditioning kept us comfortable throughout the day. Cebu Grand Hotel made a good setting for a professional event. I'd gladly recommend it for future seminars.
