For the low price, our room was clean and okay, and the shared bathroom gets cleaned often. There aren't private bathrooms, and they don't provide soap or shampoo, though we did get a towel. Once it got dark, insects gathered around the lights outside the rooms. I also saw a rat and a cockroach. It's not a good place, though not all bad either.

I couldn't shower because the water wasn't working. Reception said I'd have to wait until 10 a.m. the next day, so I bought a bottle of water at the convenience store just to brush my teeth. The bathroom was filthy, with ants, cockroaches, and even a lizard, and I found cockroaches and a lizard in the room too. You can get much better for a few more pesos. Worst hotel ever!

The room was basic but very clean, and the AC was freezing cold. Ours had one window facing a wall. There are no private toilets, and the shared toilet is at the far end of the corner, though luckily our room was next to it. No hot showers either. They provided fresh towels, and the place is very near bars, restaurants, and a mall.

The caretaker was kind and easy to deal with, and it was a little cheaper than a hotel. But the value didn't match the price for us. There were no towels for guests, the shared comfort room looked old and not very clean, and the lobby wasn't presentable. Not a good place to stay.

The price is much lower here than on Booking or Airbnb, but there are better choices in Cebu. This is very basic accommodation. My room was clean, while the bathroom was worse. During my stay there were problems with the water pipes, so I had to go somewhere else to use a toilet and shower.
