The AC was good and the receptionists were accommodating, but I decided against staying for several nights because the internet was so slow. The towels looked dirty and smelled, and the comforter did too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There are several restaurants just across from the hotel, and security keeps watch. It’s quiet and centrally located, with the feel of a typical American motel. Good value for the price, though the interior looks a bit dated.

For around 1,500 a night on Agoda, Escario Hotel was convenient and budget friendly. The staff were kind, and the room and bed were comfortable. I liked the homey feel, with bamboo accents and a small pond. Restaurants and malls are close by, and there’s CCTV and 24/7 security guards. The shower leaked, and the towels were old.

We’re regular customers, and this was the first time we’d had such bad service. They charged us a penalty for a very small Vitamilk stain on a pillow without telling us first, and didn’t clean the room for three days. Housekeeping was unfriendly, as was the front desk person on duty at 7am today, April 13, 2024. They also didn’t issue a receipt for the penalty. Not recommended.

The promo accommodation was good, and it won’t hurt your pockets. I had one of my best stays here and didn’t run into any other problems. Everything is accessible.
