I last stayed here in 2001, and I was surprised to see that they’re still renovating to keep the hotel up to date. The staff were warm and friendly, while breakfast was okay. I got a good deal during ITF Cebu, so it was definitely good value for the money!

Getting around the metro and finding transport was easy from this hotel. The food was excellent and worth every peso.

Dinner was delicious, with plenty of choices at the buffet. Check-in and check-out were really quick, parking was included, and the staff were courteous. At the restaurant, we couldn’t get the sunny-side-up eggs we ordered, even though breakfast was part of our booking. They refused us, while the next table was served. The restaurant staff also didn’t keep a close eye on empty chafing dishes, and refills for those, coffee, and water were too slow.

Our room didn’t have a bidet, but we still had a nice stay with our friends. The hotel also works well for events and celebrations.
