Room 302 had a cozy, quiet feel, and the Wi-Fi was great. Service was okay, and there isn't a restaurant inside. They arrange orders from a nearby restaurant, though the food options are limited. The shower was the main issue. It didn't work in our room, so we had to wash using a pail and dipper.

We stayed one night. The building's a bit old, but the staff were professional and the room and bathroom were clean. Fast food spots and restaurants are within walking distance, including two halal places. It was a nice stay.

The room was spacious, with bigger mattresses for a twin room. You can get unlimited mineral water for free, and they gave me a complimentary snack at check-in. Bringing food in didn't come with a corkage charge. I didn't try their Wi-Fi because I used my own data. It's conveniently located for the hospital, and Ayala Center Cebu is two jeepney rides away. The staff were easy enough to deal with, though some were friendly and some weren't. The air conditioning was okay, but could be better. I'd recommend staying here.

The location worked well for us as first-time visitors to Cebu, with fast food places and cafes nearby. They can help arrange a taxi, and the highway for jeepneys is a 4-6 minute walk away.
