Before check-in, we make sure the unit is clean and ready. I try to think of what I'd want as a guest, which is a comfortable stay without hassles. There are many hosts at San Remo, but I take it as my responsibility to help each guest feel welcome, safe, and at ease. Clients have shared positive feedback about my service, and I work to keep that standard. Security here is tight for everyone's safety. I make a point of telling clients about it and giving them a gate pass so things go smoothly with the guards. I should've read the reviews before booking. I reserved this for the running event at City de Mare, and it was a total waste of money. They charged an extra ₱220 transient fee. Check-in was a hassle because I had to ask the host for the unit number, and the guards weren't welcoming. I got to my room around 4pm and it wasn't ready. There was no Wi-Fi, and cellular reception was poor too. The air conditioning couldn't cool the room enough, the toilet wasn't properly clean, and the faucet water was sometimes rusty. I stayed in building 5 and never even showered there. This was a total rip-off, and my first and last booking at this property.

The apartment complex grounds were lovely, and the pool area was clean and nicely arranged. But the stay was very uncomfortable. We were first given a much smaller room than the two-bedroom shown in the booking photo. It was eventually sorted out, but only for extra cost. We chose the place for its value, and if we'd known the final price, we'd have picked somewhere else. The replacement two-bedroom was tiny, oddly laid out, and nearly as uncomfortable as the couch. There was bedding for just one bed and only two towels for four people. At checkout they tried to charge us for a plate we hadn't used, since we ate out every meal. I wouldn't stay again, and I'm glad we were there only two nights.

My sister booked the Airbnb, and we were impressed by the Christmas decorations when we arrived. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and the kitchen utensils were neatly organized. It had two bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a bunk bed. We could use the swimming pool too. It was a great experience.
