The bathrooms were a serious problem: the toilets wouldn't flush, the plumbing didn't work, and one night I had to bathe using bottled water. The house was dirty and poorly maintained, with an overgrown outdoor area full of rocks and junk. The photos looked old, and breakfast was like canned dog food with rice. The owner was rude and inconsiderate, and the two young women working there did nothing to help or clean. It ruined my vacation, and we left two days early to stay somewhere else.

I had to use my house for my son's first birthday, so I couldn't accommodate an extension for the stay. My partner had already explained this, though I understand the guest was upset about having to find somewhere else. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and grateful to the other guests who understood. I hope the free stay at least gave you a roof and a bed. Making my attendant cry wasn't professional, but she has forgiven you. Thank you.

The location is handy for getting to the town proper, and I had a great stay. The host was welcoming and accommodating. A good choice for a group or someone traveling alone. Kudos!

Thanks for accommodating my family! I like the atmosphere here, it helps me reset and leave the stress behind. The clerks are really accommodating too. Pascual house will always be my choice when I visit Baybay. Thumbs up! ❤❤❤

If you want somewhere cozy and comfortable in Baybay, or just a break from city life, this is a unique place to try. It's clean, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
