The price and location were about the only positives. The place is very basic, the toilets had no seats and weren't very clean, and the staff didn't seem to care much about guests. We were trying to relax on the patio one evening when a cat chasing a huge rat interrupted us. The room was unbearably hot. Even though we'd paid for the whole stay, we grabbed our backpacks and went to find somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend it.

This is a cheap backpackers' stay. The rooms don't have AC, so afternoons can get too hot for a nap, and the electric fan isn't enough. The shared bathrooms are spacious. There's a common area and a pantry where you can buy necessities, and they also arrange tours.

It's bare-bones basic and there's not a lot more to say about the place, but the owner and staff give excellent customer service. They offer the island's cheapest non-dorm rooms, and you can book tours directly with them. I'd recommend it to anyone reading this.

The staff are friendly, and for the price this place is decent. The rooms run a little hot, the shower pressure was poor, and the toilets could use seat covers. I’d stay again if I needed to.

This is my favorite backpacker spot in Coron, and I return whenever I visit. It’s in the heart of town but tucked away from the busy street in a secure area. The staff are accommodating and share helpful tips and tour packages. It’s also a nice place to hang out and meet other travelers.
