The staff were a big help with booking tours, arranging private transport, and suggesting things to do and places to eat. They even lent us umbrellas when it rained. The rooms and lobby were clean, and the shower had great pressure. There are places to lounge around, plus breakfast you can order in advance. Purified water is free all day, and tea and coffee are available at no charge until 10am. Very good value for the price.

Convenient spot, just a short walk from the center, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great, so better to eat somewhere else.

Everything was good. The room was clean, the hotel staff were very helpful, and the shower water got really hot.

Princess was a wonderful hostess, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here. We had the omelets for breakfast, and they were delicious with a good portion size. I’d suggest adding drip coffee as an alternative to instant.

Jc made us feel very welcome, and was kind and attentive throughout our four-day stay. It's a nice hotel, well placed between town and the pier, and I'd definitely recommend it. We usually had pancakes for breakfast, which were nice, and coffee and tea are free. The only things missing from our room were a fridge and hairdryer. Even so, it's definitely five stars for me. Thanks, Jc, we'll be back!
