Service went above and beyond. They were always trying to make guests happy, even cooking us a quick dinner when we were hungry and feeling a bit sick. They also went out of their way to pack sandwiches for our early boat trips. We’d have stayed longer if they’d had room. We found this place tucked away, but it’s a real gem, with new stylish rooms, good AC, big comfortable beds, patios, bathrooms, and a great breakfast. We stayed in two different rooms and loved both. Each had a mini fridge, kettle, coffee, cups, and free drinking water refills. Don’t hesitate to book this great hotel!

It can be a little tricky to spot since it’s tucked down a very narrow side street off the main road, but once you find it, it’s in a great location for getting around. I stayed a week. The room was really nice, with AC, a comfortable bed, and a pleasant outdoor area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A peaceful little oasis right in the middle of Logon town in Malapascua, and an ideal retreat for my dive trip. Everything on the island is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, and it was good value. My room was spacious and comfortable. I’ll be back!

The staff were welcoming and fun, and they really know how to celebrate. We were there at Christmas, when they hosted a party with a lechon pig and invited guests to join their staff and families. They even had puppies! We had a great stay at MGR. The rooms are simple, and my wife has a bad back, so the slightly stiff beds weren’t ideal for her. Still, the value for the price is spot on.

Getting around was easy from here: the port is close, and everything else is walkable. The beach took about five minutes on foot, a little farther than I expected. Breakfast was good, and the staff member who helped us was lovely. Laundry was handy and fairly cheap at 150p per kilo for washing and drying. Our room had plenty of space and was clean, though it was a bit dim. The safe could be bigger. The bathroom looked modern and was clean, but the tap could use an update. The shower uses desalinated seawater, though warm water is available. Just keep in mind that Malapascua doesn't offer five-star luxury, so set expectations accordingly.
