Lenox Hotel

The café and meals were great, and everything provided worked properly. Reception was helpful and the service was great. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Inside, the room was spacious, looked modern, and had a comfortable bed. The exterior, though, was pretty underwhelming, even if the owners clearly invested a lot in the interior design. The bathtub water looked brownish. I raised it with the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do because it came straight from the well, and that all the rooms had the same issue. After that, I wasn't confident the shower or tap water would be any better. It's not a cheap place, so I think they should install filtration instead of blaming the well. I picked it because Monarch Hotel was fully booked, and my wife, who's from Pangasinan, had suggested it. We were disappointed we couldn't use our bath bomb.

Without Ellen and Rafa's help, I couldn't have pulled off such a wonderful surprise birthday celebration for my partner. I'm really grateful and happy with how it turned out. Ellen was friendly, accommodating, and attentive to details, with a great can-do attitude. She kept going above and beyond. Rafa was just as helpful, friendly, and detail-minded. The restaurant had a low-key fine dining feel, and the wonton beef soup was exactly what I wanted after riding my motorcycle through the cold rain. They also brought breakfast to my room all three mornings, which I really appreciated. My room was clean and well kept, with a blow dryer in the bathroom that came in handy. The AC was Arctic-level, but easy to adjust and welcome after a rainy day. I would suggest a less slippery shower floor, especially for guests coming in from the rain. People made the stay feel especially warm. When I arrived in the rain, the parking guard helped me park and offered me a place in the guardhouse while I waited for the weather to clear. At the entrance, the doorman greeted me and took my luggage. The front desk staff were kind, patient, and clear when answering my questions. The doorman who carried my bags to the third floor was friendly, joked with me, and gave me a brief room explanation that saved me from guessing later. That same guard helped secure my motorcycle with all its bags and gear before I left. I felt safe and looked after during my three days at Lenox Hotel, and I'd absolutely stay again.
