Getting around was easy from this great location, and transport was accessible. Check-in was on time, and the rooms were basic, as expected. The AC was extremely noisy, and music from nearby bars went on loudly until 2am. There are a couple of things they could improve. Room makeup should follow what guests request, and it took two days to get replacement towels. Breakfast should also be cooked as requested. We had to place the order, including the time, but it was cooked in advance and arrived cold.

It's a cheap room in the middle of the nightlife, so it works if all you need is a bed for the night. The room smelled damp, including the towels and bedding, and the air conditioning was really loud. Cheap and cheerful.

I booked at the last minute because my family arrived earlier than their original flight schedule. Expedia advertised free breakfast, but at check-in the concierge said the property's rules only included breakfast depending on the amount paid, and our rate didn't qualify. I reported it to Expedia, whose agent confirmed that complimentary breakfast was included. We didn't push for the free breakfast. I just wish the staff had handled it more considerately instead of bluntly pointing to the price. Guests should get a welcoming, positive experience. The room was average, but the bed linen was itchy and stained, the bathroom very dirty, and the location too noisy. The receptionist seemed distracted.

It's easy to find and get to, just a corner away from Alona's nightlife in Bohol City. The front desk is staffed around the clock, and the crew were accommodating during our two-night stay. My only issue was the internet: it was very slow and difficult to detect. If you just need somewhere to stay, this place is good.
