It's an inexpensive, clean, tidy place to sleep. There's enough room to add a bed for a child, so it works well when you just need somewhere to stay.

The facilities were good, and the price seemed acceptable when the older receptionist wasn’t around for our check-in. But dealing with her was really disappointing. My partner and I felt neglected and discriminated against. I live far away and needed to rest, yet she was rude and unreasonable, adding fees even though the site said 900+. We were polite, so I don’t understand the attitude. The description of the receptionist or caretaker seemed kind of old, and she looked furious that we had booked there. I hope she gets training in manners and customer service.

The shower was filthy, and the towels were barely more than thin rags. There was no TV, no soap, and the smoke alarm kept going all night. They were too stubborn to remove the battery and stop the noise. During a typhoon we couldn’t go out to eat, but they wouldn’t give us hot water for our noodles, so we went hungry. The photos are from a different hotel and don’t show what this place is actually like. It’s horrible, a real dump. Stay away. I wish I could give it zero stars.

We stayed in room 2, which was very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hot and cold shower worked well, especially with kids along. Wifi was good, and there was a fridge and a comfy bed. The TV had no remote or available channels. The aircon was small and weak, and when I checked it, the filter was full of dust. We only used the room to sleep and wash.
