Amaranta Suites

We booked two rooms for the family around 8 pm, stayed one night, and checked out in the morning. It's a good place to rest while travelling, with good value for money. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the location was very good, and parking was spacious. The hallway was nicely decorated, and Wi-Fi worked well for social media and streaming videos. The TV didn't work, which I didn't like. The shower also wasn't working properly, it was either cold or very hot.

The day staff were really nice, and they answered our calls right away, which was a plus. The night staff weren't very friendly. The rooms start on the second floor and there's no elevator, so this isn't suitable for most PWDs or older people. Parking is limited, and you have to move your car to make room for the store owners. The bathroom has a window that can be seen from other floors. Much of the furniture is old wood, and the chair had termites. I got so many itchy bites from it. Based on the beds, sheets, pillows and bathroom, this is a one-star hotel for me.

I've rented a room at amaranta suites as a student for the last 1.5 years. It's convenient, close to DMSF, abreeza and downtown davao city. The ambience is good, the owner and management are friendly, and the Wi-Fi, electricity and water supply have all been really good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was no room cleaning between days. The room was okay, though the bathroom was tiny and had nowhere to put toiletries. The booking described a terrace and outdoor furniture, but there's only one set per floor, and not every room has a terrace. The greenery added a nice touch, even though it was plastic.
