Room 501, the suite, had plenty of space for our four-night stay, though it showed its age. Housekeeping did a really good job, the staff were welcoming, and breakfast was sufficient. The biggest letdown was the faulty AC. It kept switching itself on and off with irritating clicks, day and night. We told the front desk, but the technician didn't seem to be working, possibly because of the Christmas holiday. It's an okay hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The food is great, and the staff provide top-notch customer service. Casa Leticia is well-maintained, even though it's not a new hotel. Since it's right in the city center, parking can be difficult at peak times or during big city events.

I had a wonderful 5-day business trip stay at Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel. The location worked out perfectly, right across from People's Park and a two-minute walk from Apo View Hotel. Staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the restaurant were all friendly and very accommodating. The room had a fridge, TV, AC, hot and cold shower, and complimentary toiletries. Drinking water was available 24/7, and breakfast was a free buffet with eggs made to order. The rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent. The rate felt worth it, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The executive rooms are nicer. I liked the water cooler, included buffet breakfast, clean room, good AC, location, and service. A few things could be better: parking or car space outside reception, hot water in the shower, and housekeeping may have been missed. Some furniture also needs repairs, including switches, curtains, and the fridge.

The hotel is cute, though it's on a busy street. People's Park is right across from it, a great spot for exercise and family time.
