The place is nice and clean, and looks like the photos. I was confused about the breakfast price, though. The menu listed a meal at ₱100, but when my husband paid ₱200, the staff said the bill was ₱240. We pointed out the menu price, and he insisted they’d already changed it. I don’t know whether that’s true. If breakfast costs ₱120 now, they should update the menu.

Don’t book with either OYO 163 or Goldentown Hotel and Residences. Instead of getting to rest, you may end up dealing with their OYO problems. They should’ve resolved this ages ago so guests aren’t stuck with the hassle of their third-party booking issue. It’s their responsibility, and I won’t stay again.

Affordable and comfortable, though the water can run out easily when guests use too much.

This location isn’t near the area it should be. It needs to be updated to the other OYO Hotel.
