I couldn’t sleep because the room door kept beeping through the night. It started around 1:00 AM, and the front desk said the battery was low. When I called them, they said they couldn’t do anything, even though this was a basic maintenance problem affecting guest comfort. They didn’t offer another room or an immediate fix. Getting sleep is a basic expectation at a hotel, and this stay fell well short. I hope management sorts out room maintenance and handles late-night concerns better.

I’m back! It’s nice staying somewhere that’s customer-friendly. The front desk and cafe staff are accommodating as always. I love their little dogs, though I forgot the breed. They act as guards and as a doorbell when you come back late at night.

We rented the place for an office activity. The room we used was spacious and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was simple but really delicious. The function room could probably hold about 50 people. The audio system was a problem, maybe the cables need replacing. There wasn’t enough parking, so I left my car near the road, which felt risky.

I had a bad stay after Marc regis referred me. The front desk wasn’t attentive, and the place wasn’t clean at all. It’s also a bit far from Davao city’s main destinations. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
