The location is very convenient. There's a pharmacy nearby with medical supplies, Amesco, and Nccc mall has groceries. Juna Subdivision also has little hidden shops selling all kinds of things, from food to other items.

The setup may be classic, but the staff are very accommodating and the amenities still work well. One of Davao's original hotels.

There's great value for money here. The rooms are clean, a bit old, with clean linens, a nice t&b, and basic toiletries. There's a diner on the ground floor serving breakfast, though breakfast isn't included in the room rate. Parking out front fits several cars. The location is perfect, with lots of dining options in Juna Subdivision, where the hotel sits. It's also near SM Ecoland, NCCC Mall, and S&R, with a Catholic church nearby.

For what I pay, I get good value. When I travel, I use a hotel room as a clean, safe place to rest after a day out, and this does the job for me.

The rooms have been freshened up to look nice, but there's not much behind the appearance. The beds aren't very comfortable, drafts and smells get into the rooms, the bedding is low quality, and the bathrooms clearly show their age. For what you get, it's very overpriced. The staff were friendly, though.
