OYO 235 R Residencia

The rooms are really nice, and there’s a private bar just for guests. It’s in a peaceful, private community, and the price is low compared with other places. The owners are hands-on and responsive to guests. It’s always a good stay, and it’s definitely my go-to place now.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, and the rates are affordable. My room was clean and the facilities were good, apart from the television. I still enjoyed staying there, it felt like home. ❤ Keep it up, thank you, and God bless 😊

The rooftop view was breathtaking, and the food was both tasty and affordable. What really made my stay memorable, though, was how at home the staff made me feel. I work remotely, so I asked about getting a fast, stable internet connection. They first had me check the speed on the ground floor, where it was under 30 Mbps. After that, they placed me on the second floor near the router. My room got over 40 Mbps, which worked perfectly for me, and they later checked whether the connection was still good. That extra attention felt like real hospitality. I also want to commend Dr. Bryan, Tatay Boy, Nanay Imelda, and Kuya Lawrence for making the stay so warm and memorable. Wishing you many guests all year, God bless 😇

I got a lot of work done during my week here because the WiFi was incredibly fast. It’s one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had in Davao, and being in a local subdivision gave me a feel for how people live there and the hospitality of the community. I’d recommend it and stay again on another Davao visit.
