The beds are really comfortable, and the AC works well. The staff were kind and did their jobs very well.

For a quiet stay, this place could work, but at 1,200php through agoda for a twin room with free breakfast, the value felt below average. There are other places at the same price or less with more amenities. The location is a little way from the highway, though not too far. Parking fits only three cars, and the ramp is very steep, so take care. My third-floor twin room was roomy and could fit three people. The furniture and bathroom amenities looked expensive, the water pressure was good, and there was a convenient bidet. But there was no hot water, no complimentary toothbrush or toothpaste, and no outlet or light controls by the bed. There’s no elevator, though with just three floors that wasn’t a problem for me. Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room. Globe Telecom data worked well, but Smart Telecom had no signal there. The room had two beds.

Room 206 had a serious leak in the middle of the room. The AC was weak, and there were no toiletries.

The towels and linens were good quality, and the rooms were clean enough. Still, the basics let the stay down: no Wi-Fi, no hot water, and not much decent food. My baby daughter and I also got stuffy noses, probably from aircon filters that hadn’t been cleaned. The location is quiet but still close to the city. There aren’t any stores nearby, so bring supplies with you. The heater wasn’t working, which meant bathing in cold Davao water, and the Wi-Fi was down, so arrange your own internet. Breakfast was basic, with no choices beyond the daily set of rice, coffee, and fruit. The rice was undercooked on our second morning, and the hotdog was so oily we had to dab it with a napkin. There was a generous serving of rice, at least. The advertised restaurant doesn’t serve lunch or dinner, so you’ll need to eat elsewhere or order delivery.
