I noticed it also meets government safety standards, with emergency contacts and fire safety plans. Happy Inn Capitol is conveniently placed, just a short walk or one ride from Dipolog Boulevard, the museum, and the Capitol. Future guests, choose Happy Inn 

The rooms are newly furnished and have basic amenities, but mine hadn’t been fully cleaned. I found dust and dead roaches inside. Water pressure can be low, and the internet data was weak on both Globe and Smart Telecoms, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a business visit. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way either, what is it with you and bathroom doors? Do you have allergies to it? There’s a lot of room for improvement.
