I appreciated the helpful, polite staff and small conveniences like hangers and a water dispenser just outside the room. The room was clean, and Dino Residences is in a handy spot, a few minutes from the airport, near City Mall Dumaguete and a 24-hour eatery. I had a great stay and recommend it as a clean, budget-friendly base in Dumaguete. A few things could be better, especially for a longer visit: there was no trash bin in the room, guest amenity kit, or electric kettle. There’s no elevator, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. My Wi-Fi connection on the third floor was poor and frustrating.

Clean rooms, and the location is convenient: just a few steps from citymall, Mcdonalds, and Starbucks. There are also carinderia nearby with affordable meals and plenty of choices.

For 975p/night, it’s a good deal. The rooms are spacious enough and pretty quiet, and the staff are friendly. The bathroom could use maintenance: the waterheater leaks, and the AC and TV remotes have no batteries. Quite good for the price.

The staff made me feel more at home than anywhere else I’ve stayed, and I use hotels often, including in the UK. Hotels there could learn a lot from this team. The rooms were clean, bug free, and comfortable, with a/c, cable, and hot water. The location worked perfectly for me: near the main Boulevard, across the road from a Mall, close to the airport, and just five minutes from the city to the countryside and mountains. Motorbike rental is available too. I had such a fantastic experience that it was hard to move on to other islands. I’m looking forward to returning to Dumaguete. Thanks to everyone for being so helpful, and God bless you all!
