There are sari-sari stores close by and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so the location worked well. We had a spacious room for six, with a clean private bathroom and a heater. The water did sometimes slow down or stop completely. The property suits a short visit or a 2d1n itinerary. The hostel shares the building with an institute for butchering and slaughtering, so there can be a smell now and then. We didn't notice it in the rooms, though, so it wasn't a big issue for us. They provided some toiletries and towels, and there was free drinking water in the hallways. Our room also had a water heater for coffee. There was closet space, but no hangers. 7/10.

The location made getting around easy. The property seems to be on a main road, and tricycles kept passing by. There was also a security guard, and the gate was closed around 6pm, so I didn't have safety concerns. We were five relatives staying for 3 days 2 nights (May 23-25, 2025) in a room meant for six. It was spacious, with two bunk beds that both had pull-out beds, so it could actually sleep up to eight. There was a table with four chairs and a cabinet with a few hangers. The bathroom was huge, though showering was a bit messy because the shower was in the middle and the toilet bowl at the far end, with no divider or curtain. The front desk being on the 1st/ground floor was a hassle since the rooms start on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor is a law office and conference room, so staff had to come up from the ground floor, and guests had to go down just to ring the bell. I suggest moving the desk to the 3rd floor. I also don't understand why nobody was at the desk so often, even during usual office hours, around 8-5. One bedsheet was stained, like old saliva, and torn when we arrived. I went all the way down and rang the bell three times, but nobody came to help. That night, after we'd been to Robinsons, I ran into a staff member on the 3rd floor and asked for a fresh sheet. He changed it right away, thanks for that.

We paid 1,400 for a room that sleeps five, and it was huge and clean, so it felt like great value. There was parking, although space was limited to two cars. The bathroom didn't drain well at first, but the receptionist helped us. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms are clean and the price is affordable, and I'd still stay here again. Our wardrobe was starting to get moldy, with yellow stains, and the large kitchen wasn't very clean. Parking is available but rather tight. When I message them through Messenger or Agoda with a question, replies usually take a long time.
