Marianne Suites El Nido

Service was amazing and I really liked the location. I stayed in one of the Kings rooms, which was large, with a big bathroom. The downside was that it faced the main street, so it got very noisy in the daytime. Nights were quieter, though you could still hear a loud motorbike passing. I’d stay again, but would ask for a room at the back.

We appreciated the good breakfast, and the staff were courteous and helpful whenever we needed them. Please take a closer look at cleaning the shower and lavatory. Both were dirty and hadn’t been scrubbed when we arrived. I hope this is addressed seriously so the place is clean and safe for guests. Thank you for the hospitality, and God bless you all.

We spent four days at Mariane Suites Hotel with friends. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. The bathroom and room cleanliness really needs work, though. We asked several times for cleaning, but the bathroom was still dirty and wasn’t properly looked after. When we came back, it was just as dirty as before. Hospitality and services made the experience positive overall, but cleanliness needs improvement.

I came from New Zealand to El Nido for the first time and was nervous about picking a hotel from reviews. I was so glad I chose Marianne Suites El Nido. The balcony had amazing views, the air conditioning was lovely, and the bathroom was large. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and even remembered my name when I got back from a beach walk. Definitely recommend it!
