A clean, comfortable and budget friendly place in Iloilo. It’s just 1 minute along the main road, with major establishments and tourist spots about 10-15 minutes away. They also have a laundry express in the building, which saved us from having to go elsewhere. Highly recommended if you’re after an affordable stay in Iloilo City.

We found the place really homey and clean, with plenty of room for a big group. The air conditioners worked well, and the water pressure was strong. The price felt very worth it compared with other options in Iloilo, especially for a longer stay. A good way for a group to save compared with booking hotel rooms. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for PASUC NCAF 2026 and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, and there were quite a few staff around during the day. They also offer extra services while you're staying there. Getting an inexpensive meal nearby isn't especially convenient, but it's still a nice place to stay and I can recommend it.

The host/admin was really accommodating. They also offer in-house laundry at a fair price, which is handy if you're okay repeating outfits and would rather not pack as many clothes or take dirty laundry home.

The location on diversion road made it easy to call a taxi, since it's right along the highway. Staff were friendly and helpful with our questions and requests, and there's parking too. Our unit had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for up to 12 people. We paid around 5k for one night, which felt like a great deal. There was a dining area with utensils and cooking tools, plus a fridge and water dispenser. The aircon was strong, and the balcony was a nice spot to sit with coffee in the morning. I'd recommend it for a big group.
