Peaceful & Private Hideout

There’s an extra bed extension, and for the price the small room is decent. The air conditioning works and the shower has a good water heater. We especially looked forward to the breakfast in the common area on our floor, so remember to claim it. Festive Walk is an easy walk from here.

I want to apologize for the earlier review posted by my 11-year-old child. I can't fully understand the reason for it, but I can say that Sta Rosa Inn is a place I'd highly recommend as budget accommodation for a trip to Iloilo. The staff and owner were helpful and accommodating, the complimentary food was good and served on time, and they met all our needs during our stay.

The hotel is cheap and could work for a one-night stay if you're visiting Festive Mall. The room is better, though it still needs improvements, and the staff weren't very friendly. Breakfast costs 100 pesos. Watch out for all the grass along the street on the way to Festive Mall and Korean Town.

The rooms are basic but functional, and the water pressure is strong. Rates are cheap for a place near Festive Walk. I also liked that it's set back from the road, which makes it feel peaceful. You get what you pay for.
