Smallville 21 Hotel

In my experience, the breakfast-area staff seemed inattentive and indifferent to guests’ feelings and well-being. I got a similar impression at the front desk. The whole interaction felt impersonal and uncaring, and didn’t reflect Smallville21 Hotel’s core values or Ilonggo hospitality.

The front desk staff were really helpful, and service at the cafe was polite and good.

We celebrated the newest member of our family’s Christening here, and it was a blast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was great. They have a spacious venue for family gatherings, events, and receptions. I’d recommend it for family or corporate celebrations. Loved it!!!

The staff are all kind, the Wi-Fi is good, and the place is spacious and neat. It’s also really close to the bars, haha. One thing, the lobby’s air freshener is SO strong. It doesn’t smell bad, but it triggers allergies. They use it to cover the food smell, since the food hall is right beside the lobby. Maybe an enclosed dining area with exhaust fans would help, but this is the setup they chose. I’d still recommend the place. 💙💙💙
