The shower heater had no power and the toilet-side sprayer wouldn't stop running, but staff fixed both problems. Otherwise, the staff were consistently cheerful and helpful, and the airport transfer was a nice extra. The rooms were clean, the Hitachi air conditioners seemed new and worked well, and I liked having a TV and fridge. Breakfast was simple but nicely done, and the big mall right across the street was handy. There are other places nearby, but for the price this felt like the best mix of affordable and comfortable.

The room was clean and the air conditioner got nice and cold. We also had a clean bathroom, basic cable on the TV, and a simple breakfast that was enough. They drove us to the airport, and there are small eateries and fresh fruit vendors nearby, plus a Japanese restaurant downstairs and a big mall across the road. Nice people, and a good experience for the money.

We arrived really early and only needed somewhere for six of us to rest for a couple of hours before our next flight. They quickly arranged a room and brought in an extra bed. Great service, a clean room, and nice staff.

The room was spacious, and some rooms come with a fridge and a cabinet for your things. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the location across from gaisano mactan mall was handy, with a japanese restaurant at the front of the hotel. Breakfast is served in a cafe on the 6th floor. We booked three nights because it's close to the airport for an early flight, but the place feels a bit old and needs work. The room smelled, and we had a problem with bedbugs.
