I was impressed with the apartment. It was clean, looked after well, and matched the description. The view is lovely, especially with morning coffee. The host was polite, helpful, and quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend it, my stay was a 10/10.

The room really is as advertised. From the 43 sq ft. balcony, you can see the sunset and Cebu city skyline. White sand beaches and tourist spots are nearby, and there’s a pool plus a 24/7 711 store in the complex. The fireworks at Christmas and New Year feel so close from the balcony.

The place was clean and comfortable, just as described, and the host made everything easy. They replied quickly when I had questions and offered helpful local tips. They were dependable and made sure things were taken care of throughout my visit. I’d recommend staying here for a hassle-free trip.

It was easy to walk from the condo to attractions and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice views. I had a great stay, and it seems like a solid choice for soon visitors.

We stayed for two weeks, and Jiro, the Unit host, was responsive to our questions and needs when we arrived. I booked because it’s near MACTAN INTERNATIONAL Airport, and I’ll choose this place again when visiting Cebu city. God Bless you Sir Jiro.
