We paid for the whole resort, yet other people were dining inside. The pool water looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the mattresses and sofas were stained and broken, the toilet didn't work, and the shower had no heater. The charges made the stay feel like a bait-and-switch. Staff couldn't explain what many of the fees were for and offered vague, rehearsed excuses. It seemed they counted on guests being too tired or rushed at checkout to challenge the confusing bill. They charge for everything: water, storage, corkage, and even old towels if there's any stain, including makeup. Call ahead and ask for every possible fee before booking. They won't offer that information themselves, but asking could save you a fortune. I don't plan to go back in my lifetime.

My family and I celebrated my mom's birthday at Little Rock Cebu, and she had no idea we'd planned a surprise. The warm, comfortable setting made our small celebration feel intimate and meaningful, and everything went smoothly, so we could focus on being together and making her feel appreciated. Seeing how genuinely surprised and happy she was made it unforgettable. It's a lovely place for special family moments.

We were told the resort would be for our exclusive use, but it turned out that only lasted until midnight. We'd booked from 12 PM until 11 AM the next day, and nobody clarified this beforehand. The function hall also hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, and there were unexpected fees for basic things like utensils and the water dispenser. The room wasn't great to begin with. Poor management and staff who didn't seem willing to accommodate us added more stress. The service, transparency, and hospitality were far below what we expected, and we definitely don't recommend this resort.

This was overpriced, with too many hidden charges, even for water and utensils. Management showed no accountability and handled things poorly. We were told during inquiries that the pool would be open until morning as part of the exclusive stay. While we were enjoying it, staff said it was only available until midnight and told us to get out. Management admitted they couldn't do anything, instead of owning the misleading information or offering an alternative.
