Our cousin left her wallet on the fourth-floor balcony by accident, and a very honest housekeeper brought it straight to our room. We really appreciated that, along with the bellman’s help handling all our luggage. We spent the weekend with our cousins and booked a three-bedroom family room plus two deluxe queen rooms. They had balconies and lovely ocean views, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Reynalyn and Karyl were a big help with the bookings. The place is easy to find along the road, with a 7-Eleven right out front, and there are four pools and a jacuzzi. Booking directly with the hotel may get you a better rate. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying the restaurant!

The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and the weekend breakfast buffet was limited but enough. On Monday it switched to a menu. Ask for sunny-side-up eggs, since over easy didn't come out that way. The brewed coffee was decent, too. We stayed three days over a weekend, and the price was low, so the fairly basic setup was okay. Our queen room was fine and had an extra single bed, though its blanket cost 150 php per day. We were out all Saturday, which was lucky because the pool area was closed for a wedding without notice. My lady was told all the pools were shut, though they later said it was only the faux beach. The elevated pool was definitely closed, so communication could have been better. It's a limited area, and if I'd known, I wouldn't have booked.

Cold air, hot water, a fridge and kettle, plus plenty of room with a couch and TV. The rooms are nice, and the price and location feel right. The hotel isn't perfect, but the staff were lovely, smiling and saying good morning, and always offering to help.

Our room was very spacious, though the kitchen area was basically just an empty counter and sink, with no utensils, cookware, or useful equipment. The resort has several pools, but only one looked clean enough for us to use during our stay. The beach was also underwhelming, just a small strip of sand leading straight into the sea. The pizza was very good, but the fries were undercooked and most of the other dishes didn't impress me. Breakfast was basic, with a selection that seemed aimed mostly at Korean and Chinese guests. As a European, I struggled to find food to my taste, and a broader international spread would help. The location isn't great if you want to explore. It's about a 20-minute drive to shops or a mall. There's a 7-Eleven right across the road, which is handy, though it only takes cash. The property is large and the rooms have potential, but several things need attention for a more enjoyable stay.
