We paid $45 for the night, and there wasn’t any shampoo in the room. When we arrived at 11 AM, they said to wait until the 3 PM check-in because the room wasn’t ready, which was fine. But at 3 they still couldn’t give it to us, saying it would only be available at 6 because there were no clean linens. We asked for the room anyway so we’d have somewhere to leave our things, since we were there for just one night. It was also supposed to have a sea view, but it didn’t.

The free airport shuttle and breakfast were a bonus. The room was very basic, with some amenities falling apart or needing repair. It was fine for a night, but I wouldn’t stay longer.

We liked the place enough to book it again during the long layover on our return trip. The breakfast was good and felt like a proper meal.

What stood out most at Travelbee Mactan Airport was how homey the new hotel felt. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived late, but they looked after us and helped carry our things. We really loved staying here and will surely recommend it to friends. Good job, Travelbee!

The rooms are new and clean, the staff friendly, and the rates are the most affordable in the Mactan area. It’s accessible by elevator and less than five minutes from the airport, with free pickup and drop-off.
