I stayed here for three months, and wouldn’t recommend it for a short stay. The place costs a lot for what feels like substandard quality. The staff couldn’t answer questions about bills or services, so watch out for extra charges and high utility bills. The Wi-Fi was very weak, too. It’s noisy around the property, with barking dogs, roosters, children playing, and karaoke across the street. The street leading to the hotel also felt unsafe to me, with thugs and punks drinking along the side street.

We only needed the venue for six hours, and there was a separate short-time rate. I learned that from the night shift, after I’d asked whether we could use two rooms for a get-together and was charged the full-day rate for both. The staff had not mentioned that option. Shame.

We only stayed three weeks but were charged for four, plus another 5,000 for electricity. The price felt like a rip-off, and I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. The staff were uncooperative, the hot water heater was broken, the toilet kept blocking, and there was no water pressure. Dogs barked all night, and the staff wouldn’t do anything about it. A disgrace.

This is one of the motels I go to most often in Las Pinas. The facilities are nice, but there’s no elevator, so getting a room on the third or fourth floor is a hassle. If you want to avoid those stairs, you have to pay for the more expensive rooms on the second floor.

You have to pay extra for just about everything. Wi-Fi is charged monthly, and water and electricity cost extra. There’s also a fee if you want fresh bedding or a blanket.
