The bathroom floor stayed wet because there was no shower curtain. When we raised that and other concerns, someone came straight to our room and tried the key even though we told him to wait and showed we were inside. At reception, no one could even manage a hello or welcome. Their answer seems to be air freshener. Bedbugs! Don't come here. This place has been left to rot, and management seems nonexistent.

I've stayed here twice, overnight both times. The location works well for me, with UST Hospital and SM Legazpi nearby.

The rooms were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the hotel's design and layout, especially the color scheme. We stayed in 2019, and I still remember it as a good experience. The entrance gives the place a luxurious feel, and I had no complaints about the hotel or staff.

The room was a good size, the AC worked, and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was included, made to order, and pretty good, though somehow they ran out of bread. Send someone to the store! I wouldn't stay here again, though. The bathroom was dirty and awful, and the hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. Management needs to step up or be replaced. The furniture is old, worn, chipped, and scratched. The rain shower head was rusty, there was soap scum on the shower walls and floor, and the shower curtain was nasty along the bottom. The sink was grungy, and there was no toilet paper or tissue.
