My companion and I both had stomach trouble after eating the breakfast, and I got food poisoning. There were also roaches in my first room. I asked to move, and management didn’t apologize, they just walked me to another room and said it was normal because the room was near the kitchen. The second room still had roaches. I shouldn’t have trusted the food when the rooms weren’t clean. There are hotels in the same price range with much better service. I couldn’t give this even one star.

We had a wonderful stay with our dog, and really appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating throughout. Breakfast was very good, especially the Lucban longanisa. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t even complimentary breakfast, and at 2500 pesos a night I expected better. The place felt shabby, run-down, and unhygienic. The showerhead made me reluctant to shower, and the air conditioner seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in decades. I was coughing incessantly, which I blamed on bacteria.

Right in the City Center, with plenty of fast food restaurants just around the corner. The hotel also has its own restaurant, and the food there is good.

I left tired and disappointed after my recent stay at Queen Margarette Hotel. Loud trucks were doing egress from the event and parking from 11pm to past 1am, and the noise kept waking me up. The sound insulation seemed very poor, making it almost impossible to sleep well. The toilet in my room also wasn’t very clean. For a hotel at this level, I expected better hygiene and maintenance. I hope management improves the room cleanliness and soundproofing.
