Astoria Greenbelt

Staff are very accommodating. There's no parking, and the elevator is small but okay. For the price, the room is okay. I didn't try the buffet. My only shower complaint is that it has just one head, the rain one. The view is of the neighboring building, hehe.

Breakfast was my favorite part. There was a wide choice of dishes and it was definitely worth the price. The staff also gave us a cake for our anniversary, such a sweet gesture. We were welcomed warmly for our overnight stay and got a free room upgrade. The room felt old-fashioned and a bit dark, and the window didn't show much outside. Still, it was cozy, we slept well, and the bathroom was clean. We had a great stay and would love to stay longer next time.

The location was great, and the service was good overall. My room had no hot water, but the staff quickly moved me to another one. The room itself felt a bit old and tired, and there seemed to be roof construction that was awfully loud inside.

The staff were the best part of our visit: consistently polite, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. The reception area also felt warm and welcoming. We had a pleasant four-night stay from February 9 to February 13. We were upgraded on arrival to a better room, which was a nice surprise. It was a decent size with an expansive bathroom, though there wasn't much storage for toiletries and personal items. The shower pressure was weaker than we'd hoped. The room was clean throughout, thanks to our housekeeper, and the bed was somewhat comfortable, though it could have used more support. The central location made it easy to reach attractions and eateries. Greenbelt was a short walk away, a drug store was right across the street, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Noise was the main drawback: in our mezzanine room we could hear guests chatting and laughing downstairs and jeepneys passing on the road, which sometimes interrupted the peace. The daily breakfast buffet was included once, but wasn't really to our taste. Despite those few areas for improvement, we appreciated the team's efforts and had a nice experience.
