The reception area and all three elevators were clean, and the guards and staff were friendly and accommodating. Even the surroundings somehow smelled nice. The amenities were good too, though the gym could use more equipment. Still usable.
The area around the building is quiet, and I didn't see the elevator rush-hour traffic myself. Still, three elevators for the whole building seems like a poor fit for the morning and evening rush.
The guards are super friendly, and I trust them enough that I'm a little scared there won't be any guards I can trust if I leave. The place itself is actually okay until something goes wrong, though the admins are painfully slow, especially when repairs like leaks will cost money. I've had a bathroom leak for around four months. It reached the main switch and caused it to burn. I came home one day and found the switch had caught fire. That was around July, and nothing has changed since. Now the leak is worse, and mold is building up in the bathroom. I can't find another place right now. :( The elevators are another issue. There are three, but I've been living here since 2016 and got used to having two working. Update: after 7yrs, all 3 elevs are working now. Lol. They're also slow to fix elevators when they break.
A home away from home, with a clean, quiet atmosphere. Security is well-mannered, and the staff are accommodating with questions. The staycation rates are affordable for such a busy spot in Makati City. 🤗
The utilities cost 100 pesos per square meter, which seems steep for this disgusting condo that ought to be free. The building has mold in the corridors and apartments, and it's full of cockroaches. That's not surprising when you see how dirty the ground-floor parking lot is. Cleaners do a poor job, though they film themselves doing it for the response. Of the three elevators, usually only two work, and sometimes just one. Even three doesn't feel like enough. Amenities may be closed for a month; the children's slide is in poor condition, and the gym has broken equipment and air conditioning. The pool water is often dirty too. There are no garbage rooms on the floors. At a set time, a cleaner comes around with a bell to collect trash. Coffee smells come from the factory 100 meters from the building.
