2/10
This hotel has serious issues with maintenance, safety, and how dated it feels, and the complaints in other reviews seem to go unheard. I even emailed management, but they ignored it. The place is poorly maintained and very old, the breakfast is useless, and the staff aren't helpful. There were too many problems to list. It's past its prime and can't even be called a budget hotel. You'd be better off booking a hostel. I don't recommend it.

The staff at Infinity Tower Suites made me feel welcome with their warm, attentive service, and they were always ready to help with requests. I also appreciated the kitchenette and dining area, which made eating in convenient. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. My stay at Infinity Tower Suites in Makati was delightful, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a convenient location.

Getting around the city was easy from Infinity Tower Suite Hotel, and the pool and fitness center added to the stay. Our suite was roomy, thoughtfully laid out, and well kept. Housekeeping kept it spotless, while the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout. I was impressed by the comfort and convenience here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality.
