We stayed for 3 nights. The location was accessible, with an affordable silog place right beside the hotel and a Jollibee 2-3 minutes away. The air conditioning was cool enough, the hot shower worked well, and the Wi-Fi was fine. There's a water dispenser in the lobby on each floor, and the amenities matched what the third party booking site described.

The room was surprisingly small, and the bathroom felt cramped. After seeing it, we cancelled our reservation. Miss Jess at the Front Desk seemed annoyed even before helping us the second time and wasn't much help with the cancellation. Fortunately, Bookingcom customer service helped get our refund. Check the room size carefully before booking. There also isn't a dental kit. Edit: Whatever our personal reasons, we were told no upgrades were available after we'd seen the room, and nobody offered another option. Booking.com said the room was refundable, and we were willing to pay the fee. We booked the room as it was advertised on that site.

The room was comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. There was room to hang clothes, a small table for two, and I liked the full body mirror on the bathroom door. Since it slides, the door saves space. I was traveling alone on short notice because something unexpected had come up, and the neighborhoods around this location and their other ones felt a little scary to me. If you're traveling alone, take that as a precaution. This place is just outside BGC, and it saved me from an uncomfortable night sleeping at the office. The front desk woman wasn't welcoming when I checked in, though she might simply have been annoyed by the person she was speaking with. Maybe it was a one time thing.

I left my Oral-B Pro 500 behind by accident and returned the next day to get it. The girl at the front desk wasn't helpful and first told me nothing had been left behind, even though I was completely sure I'd left it there. A few hours later, she texted to say the item had “decomposed.” It hadn't even been 24 hours. First nothing was there, then it had supposedly decomposed. That seemed very suspicious. She offered compensation, and I only asked for half the item's price, but nothing has been given to me so far. I had a terrible experience and found no integrity or accountability. Be careful booking here. The staff weren't helpful, and if you leave something behind, don't expect to get it back. They might take it and make up stories.
