The Residences at Bonifacio Civic Center Tower

SM Aura is right nearby, along with many of BGC's main attractions, and there's a 7-Eleven you can reach through the Brittany Hotel lobby. That was handy. The pool is breathtaking, though it’s shared with the hotel next door, Brittany Hotel BGC. If you want the pool and location with more luxury, you could book there for the extra cost. I still enjoyed my stay and think the price was fair for what we got. Our room was clean, and housekeeping came daily as long as we didn't leave the do-not-disturb sign on. Staff were kind and attentive, and the WiFi worked perfectly on both our phones. There are no phones in the rooms, so WhatsApp is a must if you want to communicate without heading down to the concierge. Our one key card was taped together, which was a problem. The room had a washer and dryer, a medium-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, and hair dryer. It seems they’re responding to reviews by adding more products, but supplies were still very minimal. Bring your own detergent if you plan to use the washer, and bring coffee and filters if you want to use the coffee pot.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC was strong, and the bathrooms were really clean with a nice shower. The security staff were amazing, though the lobby staff could be a bit impatient. We booked twice. The first room felt empty and was missing utensils; its laundry machine was old, while the newer one in our second room worked much better. That second room had a strange smell from the kitchen sink pipes. Neither room's TV worked properly, and the walls are pretty thin. The location is great, across from SM Aura, with easy trips around BGC and relatively easy travel to and from the airport. We were generally comfortable here, and it's a good option at a decent price if you expect to be out most of the time or just need a place to stay.

Being right across from SM AURA made the location awesome. We could just walk over for anything we needed. The view and service were amazing, and I'd stay here again. Our TVs didn't work very well, but my favorite part was the washer and dryer in the unit. We could conveniently wash and dry our clothes every few days.

The view was impressive, and the location in the city was great. The apartment is very new, beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff are kind, and there's personnel on site 24/7. I'd stay again. Just a heads-up, bring your own towels because none are provided in the rooms.
